The building has three floors and no lift and has a terrace with views of the city and the iconic Charco de San Ginés, a meeting point for residents and tourists alike to enjoy the best dining options. The ground floor has a kitchen/dining area (which has a fridge, electric grill, toaster, microwave, juicer, kettle, oven, etc.). Its rooms have either one double bed or two single beds. Thirty-one of them have an en suite bathroom while six of them have a shared bathroom. All of them come with a hair dryer, a kettle, a folding table with stools, Wi-Fi, a TV, an electric fan and a mini fridge. Towels are replaced and washed three days a week and bed linens are replaced and washed twice a week.
